what I built

  1. Makes the repo itself the shared state: a task board, per-file locks and an inbox, all plain JSON/Markdown.
  2. Zero-dependency Python CLI (relay.py) so any agent can claim, hand off, ask for help or broadcast cheaply.
  3. Scaffolds a root AGENTS.md that Codex, Antigravity, Cursor and Claude Code all read automatically.
  4. Cuts token cost on handoffs: agents read a short status summary instead of re-deriving context.

install

  1. Download agent-relay.skill.
  2. Claude Code: unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ (or your repo's .claude/skills/).
  3. Ask your agent to "set up agent relay"; it scaffolds .agents/ and AGENTS.md.
